An extremely successful performer at the peak of her youthful years, she's already sold more than 41 million albums and 150 million tracks around the world, making her one of the top-selling performers ever. Barbados was born in Barbados, she initially was a fan of reggae when she got older and started singing by herself, when she was a teenager. Her discontent was caused by the turmoil in her family and constant conflict among her parents. So she began to get involved in music. While still in highschool she was a part of a band group, and was asked to perform for Evan Rodgers. The producer was impressed by the talent of this teenager. In order to make money as a professional musician, he asked her to relocate to New York. Rihanna became an instant hit after her debut album debuted on the market. Rihanna's peppy songs were the top of the charts among teenagers, motivating her into film. As a talented young woman Rihanna is regarded as a teen idol. Rihanna is also involved in donating to charities and making use of her fame.
